My 2024 Reading Challenge

Reading challenges help me read books that I may not normally reach for. So I decided to create my own 2024 Reading Challenge for my book bujo.

I came up with 24, which were relatively easy for me to complete, but I wanted to be surprised by what prompt I had to do first so that I actually had to consider the books that I chose to read for each prompt rather than just using books I was already reading. To make the prompt order a surprise I decided to use the scratch-off stickers.

If you want to use my prompts you can do so any way you’d like. Also, feel free to change the prompts to best fit your needs. For example, the audible library prompt could be kindle library instead. I tend to mostly read romance, but most of these prompts are universal. I plan on posting as I finish each prompt with the book I will be reading and other recommendations for that prompt if you’d like to participate.

Below are the 24 Prompts:

  1. Book by a debut author
  2. Book by a BIPOC author
  3. Book recommended by a friend
  4. Book by an author that was a 5-star read from 2023
