Review
When I read City of Ghosts last year, I enjoyed it but something was missing. I think in Tunnel of Bones the pieces are starting to come together. Cassidy is starting to take a more active ghost hunter role, and we finally learn a little more about Jacob.
Cassidy is still the brave girl we met in City of Ghosts, but she’s a bit smarter too. She is still reckless, but not as much. I enjoyed the story, and how it also tied in with Jacob’s story. I also loved that we explored a new city and that these books have a little history in them as well. These books are certainly great reads for Middle-Grade readers.
Also, I do love a good Harry Potter reference and this book is chock full of them! I am again looking forward to the next book in the series.
